The Internationale Hugo-Wolf-Akademie is an internationally active association dedicated to a very special art form: At the center of all its activities is the art song in all its richness and diversity. However, organizing and hosting recitals is only one part of the association's work.
It is particularly important to the IHWA to convey a holistic and, above all, global view of the art song and, above all, to make knowledge and repertoire beyond the usual programme paths known and accessible.
