Information on ticket sales

Tickets for IHWA events are available via this website, the IHWA ticket hotline on +49(0)711 72 23 36 99, by email to karten@ihwa.de, via the Reservix ticket portal, and at all Reservix ticket outlets.

Tickets for the Liedkonzerte organised in collaboration with the Staatsoper Stuttgart, which take place in the foyer of the opera house (the 1st to 3rd and 5th and 6th Liedkonzerte), are available from the Staatstheater Stuttgart (www.staatstheater-stuttgart.de, tel. 0711 20 20 90). IHWA members can obtain tickets at a reduced price using a promotional code.

DISCOUNTS
People with severe disabilities are entitled to a 50 per cent discount upon presentation of their disability card. Wheelchair users are kindly requested to contact the organiser by telephone on 0711 72 23 36 99. Members of the International Hugo Wolf Academy, as well as pupils and students, are also entitled to a discount. The relevant ID must be presented on entry. When booking in advance, people with severe disabilities, as well as pupils and students, can order discounted tickets by telephone or in writing. Unfortunately, online booking is not possible in this case.

PROGRAMME BOOKLETS
To build anticipation for the concert programmes, we make the programme booklets available to download free of charge from our website around a week before each concert date. At the concert, printed copies will be available for you to pick up, or you can access them digitally on the day via a QR code. This service is included in the ticket price.
